Airbag module reset anywhere in Australia — or drive it in to our Melbourne workshop
The reset is done on the module itself, not in your car. That means it does not matter where you are: post it to us from any state or territory and we reset, test and return it with tracking. If you are near Melbourne you are welcome to bring it in instead.
Post it — anywhere in Australia
This is how most customers use us, and for most people it is the better option: no travel, no waiting around, and the module goes straight onto the bench when it lands. Most are reset, tested and on their way back within about 24 hours of arriving.
The module is small and light, so ordinary tracked parcel post is enough. There is no surcharge for being outside Victoria and no difference in the work or the price.
Or drive it in — Melbourne
The workshop is on Sydney Road in Campbellfield, about 15 km north of the Melbourne CBD and a straight run off the Hume Freeway and the Western Ring Road.

Common questions
Do you service my area?
Yes. The reset is a mail-in service, so every state and territory in Australia is covered — Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and the Northern Territory, metropolitan or regional. You post the module to our Campbellfield workshop and we return it to you with tracking.
Can I bring the module in instead of posting it?
Yes. The workshop is at 8/1730 Sydney Rd, Campbellfield VIC 3061, open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Customers drive in from across Melbourne and from Geelong, Ballarat, the Macedon Ranges and the Mornington Peninsula. Call ahead on +61 449 996 171 so we know you are coming.
Is posting it slower than coming in?
Usually not by much, and it saves you the trip. Most modules are reset, tested and sent back within about 24 hours of arriving. The post itself is what takes the time, and that depends on where you are and the service you choose.
Do you remove the module from my car?
No. This is a bench service on the module itself — you or your workshop removes it and refits it. We do not carry out in-vehicle work, which is why posting it works just as well as driving it here.
What does it cost to send it from interstate?
Ordinary parcel post. The module is small and light, so standard tracked postage is enough; there is no freight surcharge for being outside Victoria.
Not sure if we cover your module?
Send us the part number printed on the label, or a photo of it — we will confirm support and give you a fixed price before you post anything.
