Every airbag / SRS module and FRM3 unit we work on is bench-tested before it leaves us, and we stand behind the work we do.
Our workmanship guarantee
If a module we have reset or repaired does not perform as described once correctly refitted, contact us within 3 months of return and we will re-inspect it and, at our discretion, re-repair it or refund the service fee for that unit.
What the guarantee covers
It covers the specific work we carried out — clearing crash data, resetting the module to factory, and any circuit repair we performed — and that the unit communicates and functions correctly on the bench.
What it does not cover
It does not cover pre-existing faults unrelated to our work, physical or water damage, damage caused during removal, shipping or refitting, incorrect installation or wiring, or unrelated faults elsewhere in the vehicle. Airbag and SRS systems are safety-critical — we strongly recommend a qualified auto electrician refit the module and confirm the system is fault-free before the vehicle is driven.
